Hunters seeking a chance to hunt Arizona’s coveted elk or pronghorn antelope are running out of time to submit a paper application to the Arizona Game and Fish Department for a chance at the limited permits issued through the drawing process. The deadline to submit an application is Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011 by 7 p.m. (MST) – postmarks do not count. There is no online application process.
