Hey folks Im mostly a rifle hunter, but want to bow hunt more next season. Im totally uneducated on bowhunting and would like some advice on bows. The only selection criteria I have is the bow needs to be 55lb draw or less ( bad right shoulder). I have been deer hunting
with a rifle for years, but I bowhunted some this year for the first time. I have been hunting with a Parker Spitfire. It was recommended by a friend as a good beginner bow, and I have been very pleased with it. I think you can get it with up to a 70lb draw, but my model can be adjusted from 50-60 lbs. I have been very happy with my results at target practice, but I havent had a chance to shoot it at a deer yet.
