Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks (FWP) is accepting public comment through Friday, Sept. 17 on a proposed access agreement that would close waterfowl hunting to the general public on the portion of the Mitchell Slough that runs through the Double Fork Ranch in the Bitterroot Valley.
