Visit Travelers' Rest State Park near Lolo on Saturday mornings this winter to honor and celebrate the age-old Salish tradition of sharing history through stories during the winter months. On Saturday, Jan. 22, Salish and Kootenai Tribal member, Tim Ryan, will share stories of geomythology, or the geological events that are referenced in Salish mythology. The hour-long program will begin at 11 a.m. at the Holt Museum and Visitor Center at Travelers' Rest.
