Fish, Wildlife and Parks is seeking comments on a draft environmental assessment to provide funds for a shooting range improvement grant for the Windy Ridge Trap Club, located in Fairfield, on city recreational property . FWP proposes to provide $8,700 in partial funding towards expanding the club house and making the facility more handicapped accessible.
