The Fish, Wildlife and Parks Commission has approved the State Parks Biennial Fee Rule and the Smith River State Park Biennial Fee Rule. The State Parks Biennial Fee Rule covers all fees for state parks and fishing access sites. The Smith River State Park Rule covers the popular 59-mile stretch of the Smith River from Camp Baker to Eden Bridge.
