Fish, Wildlife and Parks (FWP), Region One, has prepared a draft site plan for the purpose of establishing public access on the Clark Fork River outside of the city of Plains, Montana. The FAS would include a boat launch, parking area (1-17 spaces), a latrine and 3-4 future potential campsites. The proposed action could be implemented as early as fall 2010 and may not be completed until fall 2011. These dates are approximate.
