A Lewistown man will spend 30 days in the Fergus County jail, pay $4,535 in fines and court costs and lose his hunting, fishing and trapping privileges for 10 years after pleading guilty to two felonies and a misdemeanor for poaching. Craig Henry Metcalf Jr., 24, pleaded guilty to felony possession of six deer, felony sale of a black bear and mule deer buck and misdemeanor waste of a white-tail fawn. The jail time, which can be served on weekends, was for the misdemeanor waste of game charge.
