An advisory council working to develop recommendations on a plan to guide Montana's upland game bird enhancement program will meet in Helena Oct. 5 - 6 to continue discussions on the Upland Game Bird Enhancement Program. The meeting will be held in Helena at the Hampton Inn, 725 Carter Drive, beginning at 8 a.m.
