Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks (FWP), Region One, has completed an environmental assessment (EA) for the Lone Pine State Park Hiking Trails Project. FWP proposes to construct approximately 1.5 to 2.5 miles of new trails on a recently acquired parcel of land at Lone Pine (T28N, R22W, S24, in Flathead County). The draft was out for a 2-week public review through September 28, 2009.
