Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks is seeking public comment on a proposed perpetual easement with the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) on a State School Trust parcel near the Shields River northeast of Livingston. FWP proposes to enter into a perpetual easement with DNRC for a approximately one-acre fishing access site near the Shields River on U.S.
