On October 24 and 25, Moe will be conducting a seminar titled “Wild Game: From Field to Table.” This seminar includes various topics such as:

  • Caring for game in the field- a closer look at field-dressing different types of game, one of the most important processes in preparing your game for the table.

  • Transporting game- tips on moving game from the field and how to protect it from the elements.

  • Processing game- tips for those looking to do-it-yourself

  • Cooking game- Various ways to prepare game, from making jerky to family favorites.

Moe will also be covering the tools and equipment for each of the above processes.

If you can’t make it to Cabela’s for Moe’s seminar, check out the NRA Member’s Wild Game Cookbook, full of recipes from real hunters.
