Last spring Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks' college intern program put 30 students to work on projects around the state to gain the on-the-job experience they need to build a resume. Last year, FWP's intern program involved 12 women and 18 men from nine colleges in Montana and two out-of-state schools.
