Tuesday, Dec. 1 marks the season opener for the remainder of Montana’s furbearers—bobcat, marten, fisher and wolverine. Although a trapping license may be purchased anytime, resident trappers or hunters must buy a license by Monday, Nov. 30 if they intend on taking bobcats and wolverines.
