PIPESTEM, W.Va. – The 19th Annual West Virginia Public Employees Golf Tournament is scheduled for May 17 at Pipestem Resort State Park in Summers County. Pipestem serves as host to this tournament and welcomes state, city, county and public education employees in active employment or retired status.
