Beckley, W.Va. – A Rainelle man has been arrested and charged with the 2009 shooting death of a Greenbrier County man in a hunting related incident. An extensive investigation by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department, the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources and the West Virginia State Police resulted in the arrest on Monday, Oct. 25, 2010, according to DNR Sgt. M.A. Sylvester.
