BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. – Relief is on the way for some guests and visitors who have been calling Cacapon Resort State Park but getting no answer, according to District Administrator Paul Redford. Cacapon Resort is getting a new phone system, lines and upgrades. During the changeover, Cacapon recently experienced a break in the main line that created a loss of service.
