SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Irish Road Bowling Association announces the first West Virginia Irish Road Bowling Singles League. “This will be a pilot program for 2011, and can be expanded in future years,” according to organizer David Powell. Several of the events have been scheduled in West Virginia state parks.
