SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. – A number of open golf tournaments are scheduled at Twin Falls and Pipestem state parks this summer into autumn, according to West Virginia State Parks Chief Ken Caplinger. “Many are organized by the pro shop staff to encourage area residents to enjoy a casual tournament format,” Caplinger said. “Some are annual invitational events that draw media attention.
